  • UK: 1-3 business days

  • US & International: 8-14 business days
    (Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.)

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations or changes are no longer possible due to our automated fulfillment system.

📦 Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment partner Huboo, ensuring safe and hygienic handling of all skincare products.

     Returns & Refunds

  • For unopened items, you could technically allow returns within 14 days (but state clearly if you don’t for hygiene).

🧴 Skincare Product Considerations

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
