  4. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  5. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened, used or final sale products.

    Certain items are not eligible for return and are final sale: - Partial kits or gift sets

    If your return shipment contains any of these items, you will not be refunded for them. We are not responsible for shipping back final sale items.
